This call returns status flags for the installed mouse device driver.

DeviceStatus (PUSHORT) - output

Address of the current status flag settings for the installed mouse device driver.

The return value is a 2-byte set of bit flags.

Reserved, set to zero.

Set if mouse data returned in mickeys, not pels.

Set if the drawing operations for pointer draw routine are disabled.

Reserved, set to zero.

Set if pointer draw routine disabled by unsupported mode.

Set if flush in progress.

Set if block read in progress.

Set if event queue busy with I/O.
