ulFlags (ULONG) - input

Contains one of the following flags:

SPI_INSTALL_PROTOCOL

Install this stream protocol in the specified stream handler. This is the default setting.
SPI_DEINSTALL_PROTOCOL
Remove this stream protocol from the specified stream handler.
