JUNK (Filler) Chunk

A JUNK chunk represents padding, filler or outdated information. It contains no relevant data; it is a space filler of arbitrary size. The JUNK chunk is defined as follows:

<JUNK chunk>  JUNK( <filler> )

where <filler> contains random data.
