ulCodePage (ULONG)

The codepage and country code of the format name string for this I/O procedure.

As described for RIFF compound files in the IBM-Microsoft Joint Specification, the low-order word contains either:

• Zero (0): Use standard codepage.

• Codepage: Specific codepage to be used.
The high-order word contains either:

• Zero (0): Ignore this field.

• Country code: Specific country code.
