rc (ULONG) - returns

Return codes indicating success or type of failure:

MCI_NOTIFY_SUCCESS

If the function succeeds, 0 is returned.
MM_MCIPOSITIONCHANGE
The media position in MMTIME units.
MM_MCICUEPOINT
Media position in MMTIME units.
MM_MCIPLAYLISTMESSAGE
Parameter specified by playlist message instruction (Operand 2).
MM_MCIEVENT
Device-specific parameter.
