Status Flags
Has the following bit level definitions:
High Byte
Bit settings are as follows:
Bits 7-2
Reserved. Set to 0.
Bit 1
Set, if mouse data returned in mickeys
Bit 0
Set, if the interrupt level pointer draw routine is not called.
Low Byte
Bit settings are as follows:
Bits 7-4
Reserved. Set to 0.
Bit 3
Set, if pointer draw routine disabled by unsupported mode
Bit 2
Set, if flush in progress
Bit 1
Set, if block read in progress
Bit 0
Set, if event queue busy with I/O.
A set bit is a value of 1.
